You will be welcomed at Kochi International airport / Alleppey rail station by our company representative who will direct you to your resort

Alleppey, your first destination is a famous backwater town. Marked by its unique villages set in a maze of complex waterways, the gentle pace of life here will be a perfect way to cool your heels.


Take it slow: a day of relaxation at your backwater resort

Check-in to your resort, situated near the lake side which captures the theme of the backwaters. You may choose to relax by the pool side or spend the rest of the day enjoying the scenic environs by the lake side. Overnight stay at Alleppey.

This morning set out to explore the main attractions in Alleppey by taking a day cruise along the narrow stretches of the backwaters. The evening is left for you to explore the Alleppey beach.

On board a Shikara boat: A glimpse of backwater life

A shikara boat is a comparatively smaller than a house boat that helps you traverse through narrow canals of the backwaters. On board the shikara you can closely watch the rustic lifestyle of the backwater villages. Enjoy a 4 hour day cruise.

Sunset at the Alleppey beach: a popular picnic spot

The evening is a perfect time to spend at the Alleppey beach. A famous film site, the beach is active a good place to hang out with family. The ruins of the 137 year old pier which extends into the sea and the fascinating old lighthouse nearby are added attractions.

Head back to your resort and enjoy your dinner




Enjoy your breakfast at Alleppey and by 9 am get on a journey to Thekkady, home to one of the best managed wildlife reserves in India. With a 100-year-old artificial lake and its setting in the thickly forested Western Ghats (UNESCO world heritage site), Periyar will not disappoint with a range of activities and wildlife spotting on offer.


Check-in to your resort, relax for a while and soak in the tropical garden landscape.

The evening boat ride through the lake Periyar will give you a chance to spot wildlife by the river side. Arrive at the counter to make the evening ride.Relax for the night at your resort




Today, head to the dramatic Munnar hills. In this former hill getaway of the colonial British, soak up the tranquillity and head out to the verdant tea plantations to taste the local brew.


This morning, you will drive up through the hills on the way to Munnar. Stop to take a snap of the amazing vistas and views near chinnakanal on your way here. Check-in to your resort and relax for a while.

Visit the Tea Museum: witness tea processing and explore some colonial artefacts

The afternoon would be a great time to visit the tea museum where you could explore artefacts from the colonial times besides witnessing the tea processing procedure. The evening is free for you to go shopping in Munnar town or spending time in the resort.

This morning set out to explore other attractions in Munnar like Rajamala (national park), the dam and echo point.

Trek along the Eravikulam national park: Meet up with friendly Nilgiri Tahrs

The terrain in the park is high altitude grasslands and features Anamudi, the highest peak (2695m) south of the Himalayas. Get on one of the government operated mini-buses and take a mild trek to amazing vantage points along with lots of endangered Nilgiri Tahrs


Eravikulam has the largest surviving population of the endangered Tahr which is endemic to the Western Ghats

An afternoon covering the Mattupetty dam, photo point and Echo point at Munnar

As the day unfolds take a few snaps at photo point before reaching Mattupetty dam. Spend some time here if you feel like taking a motor boat cruise. If nothing else, scream at the top of your voice at echo point and hear your voice resounding through the hills.

Head back to your resort and enjoy your dinner.




Today is the last day of your tour. Enjoy a splendid breakfast at your resort and head to kochi for onward journey.

If time permits, visit the Fort Kochi heritage sites or shop at the India’s largest shopping complex, the Lulu Mall. Drop back at Airport/Rail station in the afternoon bidding farewell to god’s own country with memories to last for a life time.
